Our vanilla grows in a natural environment.<\/p>\n\t

Elles sont ensuite soigneusement pr\u00e9par\u00e9es et affin\u00e9es selon le savoir-faire artisanal et traditionnel afin de r\u00e9v\u00e9ler l’ar\u00f4me secret de la vanille.<\/p>\n

We work in close collaboration with an association of local producers in order to guarantee the quality and the traceability of our vanillas. All products are checked, validated and packaged in compliance with European food safety standards, at the head office in Grenchen.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\"VanilleGourmet\"\n

\n\t\tA culture that respects biodiversity\n\t<\/h2>\n\t

Our vanilla pods grow in a natural environment: in the tropical forests of north-eastern Madagascar, with a temperature between 21-32 \u00b0 C, a pluviometry of 2,000 to 2,500 mm per year to initiate blossoming.<\/p>\n

Our traditional culture uses an agro-forestry technique which is beneficial in terms of sustainability and conservation of biodiversity.<\/p>\n

\n\t\tTraditional and artisanal know-how\n\t<\/h2>\n\t
